Recruiting Marketing Project in our client Cosentino

Cosentino group is a leader in surfaces for the world of design and architecture with its brands Silestone, Dekton, Sensa by Cosentino, Scalea and Prexury.
Cosentino Group currently distributes its products and brands to more than 80 countries, directly controlling and managing its facilities in over 20 countries from its headquarters in Almería, (Spain), and owns more than 20 of these facilities.
The multinational has 7 factories (6 in Almería (Spain) and 1 in Brazil); 15 kitchen and bathroom surface production centers (14 in the USA and 1 in Almería); 1 intelligent logistics center (in Spain); 2 distribution hubs in the USA, and over 90 Cosentino Centres around the world. 90% of the Group’s turnover is generated by its international markets.
Objective of the project
The objectives of the proyect have been improve the Cosentino’s capacity of talent attraction and give more autonomy to the IT team for the maintenance of his Recruiting Marketing website.
With these objectives in mind, a migration to the RMK Career Site Builder have been done. With this, greater autonomy and agility regarding the content and addition of new features to the Recruiting site has been granted.
The new versión of Apply With LinkedIn (Apply With LinkedIn 2.0) was also implemented to simplify the offer apply to the candidates.
In order to attract new candidates, Email Campaigns for passive candidates have been enabled in SuccessFactors.
Finally, to improve de usability of the RMK specific reports, RMK Advanced Analytics have been configured, it provide a significant improve in comparison with the previous Recruiting Marketing reports.
